The Colombian International Film Festival, presented by Delta Air Lines, returns to celebrate its tenth edition in the spring of 2023. The call for the official sections in short films, narrative feature films, and documentaries will be open from September 15 to December 15.

New York. The Colombian Film Festival New York, the essential Colombian film window in the world, will return in the spring of 2023 to celebrate a decade of bringing the best of Colombian cinema to New York City.

The festival is preparing a grand celebration where the contemporary national cinema in the competition will share space with a unique selection of classics that will be an unforgettable gift for the great audience that has accompanied the festival for a decade.

For ten years, ColFilmNY, through its selections, has created extraordinary bonds with its audience, taking them to experience the best of our talent and cinematography on the big screen. The festival will return to the Cinépolis theaters in the heart of Chelsea. This place has experienced unforgettable moments, creating it an embassy of Colombian cinema.

For this edition, feature films of Fiction, Documentary, and national and international Short Films that connect with Colombia can participate. All productions must have been completed after April 1, 2021, and will compete in the categories of best fiction film, best documentary, and best short film. In addition, all films will compete for the audience award.
