The People
Founder & Festival Director
Juan Carvajal is the founder and director of the Colombian Film Festival NY — one of the most important platforms for Colombian cinema in the United States. Since 2012 he has dedicated himself to building a bridge between Colombian filmmakers and New York audiences, creating a space where Colombian stories find the recognition they deserve.
