About the Festival
For thirteen years, the Colombian Film Festival NY has been New York's window into the soul of Colombian cinema. Founded on the belief that stories have the power to cross any border, the festival has become a landmark on the city's cultural calendar — a space where Colombian voices find the audience they deserve.
From the streets of Bogotá to the screens of New York, ColFilmNY brings together filmmakers, audiences, and industry professionals in a celebration of storytelling, identity, and artistic courage. We champion short films, narrative features, and documentaries that dare to show Colombia in all its complexity and beauty.
The 13th edition arrives in Fall 2026 — ready to open new conversations and introduce a new generation of Colombian cinema to one of the world's most demanding and passionate audiences.
